Ice Trays, Not Just for Ice.
I don’t just use my ice trays for ice . They are great for preserving things that will go off in the fridge. I squeeze lemons and limes into them and freeze these. Once frozen I remove them and store them in a labelled Ziploc bag or a plastic container.
I also freeze pesto after I had a large jar that I knew I wouldn’t use up very quickly. What things do you freeze in ice cube trays?
