Dried Egg Yolk & Whites Powder
This stuff is brilliant and lasts for along time.
Dried egg yolk and white powders are really useful for baking; they can’t be used to make things such as lemon curd. I tried it for scrambled eggs, but it has a distinct smell that doesn’t go away when not mixed with other ingredients.
In 2018 I had the combined egg powder ( whites and yolks ) but made a mistake in 2020 and bought the egg yolks by mistake so ordered the whites to add to it!
This is the brand I’m using now but I’m sure that others are just as good.
